It’s important that you carefully read and acknowledge our payment policy before you receive your treatment.
Payment is required at the time services
This includes applicable coinsurance, deductibles, and copayments for participating insurance companies. It also includes payments from other services that aren’t covered by insurance.
Our practice will accept checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
We are legally required to collect your co-pay & deductible.
The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) is the federal government agency responsible for setting policies and overseeing that the Medicare and Medicaid programs are implemented correctly.
HCFA has mandated that physicians and all other healthcare providers must collect co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances. This is enforced by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG)
